As far as public workers are concerned, this place is really pretty good. People in this line of work are understandably frustrated and maybe a little short tempered; we all know other people can be very belligerent, rude and clueless. The facility is clean and every time I go through here it's kept efficient and orderly. The reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because on my recent visit, an employee loudly expressed their frustration with an individual in line. In my opinion, this isn't acceptable anywhere in public service and really made me not want to be called up by this individual. I'll still continue visiting this location.

This place the employees are both knowledgeable and friendly. Their services here are fantastic and quick. The time I've been here, I've been able to go in get quality service and be out in less than 5 min. You gotta love this kind of service. I usually go to the one in Winston-Salem. There is " always" a long line. If there is not a long line there, something is wrong.
