Apparently not accepting new patients, canceled my appointment i had spent a significant amount of time on the phone setting up with novant health who said they were but by the office called and delivered a bunch of excuses about their providers "doctors", canceled and mentioned reschedule but never called back. Don't sign up as accepting new patients and appointments then through the system and cancel it all because a provider has to approve them individually and not even consult one before canceling!!!. Severely disappointed considering my appointment was absolutely necessary and the office didn't give a flying frigging bit of care.
